Delivery within the UK is FREE on all orders—there is nothing else to pay! We aim to despatch all orders within 36 hours. However, please allow 2–3 days for the goods to reach you. We obtain a Certificate of Posting for every order. If your order does not arrive within 5 days, please contact us.
Quail welcomes all non-UK orders. If PayPal operates in your country, then we can ship to you. Please send order enquiries to contact@quailbymail.co.uk and we will get back to you with a competitive shipping quote. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any import duties that you may have to pay to receive your goods. We would advise you to check on what the policies are for your country.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If however you would like to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receipt for a ‘no quibbles’ exchange or refund. We enclose a returns form with the order, but you can also download one here. Complete the form and return it to us along with the unused item in its original packaging. Please obtain a certificate of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us. We will also refund your postage costs as well.

It is part of Quail’s philosophy to keep packaging to a minimum. We utilise biodegradable postbags which are manufactured in the UK. To ensure your order reaches you in good condition, we also wrap it in recyclable kraft paper, fastened with a raffia tie.
